Our unique recipe contains over 50% delectable fruit (apricots, raisins, sultanas, cherries, dates, prunes, figs, cranberries and blueberries), soaked in Amaretto, Raspberry Liqueur and Brandy, and enhanced with cocoa to bring out the flavour of the fruits, folded into a rich spiced cake (with no peel either!). This amazing cake is then topped with luxury marzipan and icing. Contains nuts.
